All of our embroidered keepsakes are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Due to the handmade and customised nature of our items, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from images shown.
Ordering

Please ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, colours, spellings, etc.) are correct at the time of ordering.

Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible once production has begun.

Our current processing time is up to 6 weeks from the date of order.

This timeframe allows for design, embroidery, finishing, and quality checks.

During busy periods or seasonal demand, processing times may be close to the full 6 weeks.

Shipping times are in addition to the processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this time, work may have already begun and cancellations will not be accepted.
